Have you tested the resume playback functionality of video files stored on a NAS? Is there anything to indicate that a video file has been previously played without having to click on the file? Is there a recent playlist? Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteSomeone has posted the latest beta release notes here and you can see reference to the feature you're after ;-)
Hi,
ReplyDeleteFirst up nice guide, easy to follow along thanks.
I have followed to the point of partitioning drive, I was able to create the new logical volume but when I go to the final step to click the create button I get an error saying the following:
Executing command mkfs -t ext3 -q /dev/Mediaserver/userdatapartprobe ; mkfs -t ext3 -q /dev/Mediaserver/userdata ..
Could not stat /dev/Mediaserver/userdatapartprobe --- No such file or directory
The device apparently does not exist; did you specify it correctly?
.. command complete.
I would love your assistance in getting pass this error, thanks in advance
Also I have setup the media server for thin client, when I try it over the network , the screen comes up with the ubuntu screen, if I press any key I see a message saying sending discover , then move to receiving NAK but this goes on and on but goes no further, so I tried connecting to the media server straight with a cross over cable and this work perfectly so I’m assuming it as something to do with DHCP between router and media server, I would love your help to fix this, thanks in advance.
